Disability Portal

The CUPW Child Care Fund is calling on CUPW locals to help spread the word about the new CUPW disability-supports.ca portal. We are asking locals to post the link to the disability portal on their websites.

This online information tool came about because CUPW was hearing from members, on the Special Needs and Moving On projects, about the difficulties they have trying to find online information about disability services and supports they need for their children. 

We partnered with 211ON to provide a single point of access for all disability related programs and services across the country and across the diverse range of disabilities. This information hub of disability supports services and programs was developed to help members and the public to find what they need in one easy to find location.

We are keen to make this online information tool available for all members. We would like to ask locals to embed our search widget into your website so that users can initial their search for disability supports services from there. You will need to be able to edit the code of your website and have an understanding of HTML to do this.

When in your HTML editor, simply copy one of the code snippets below and paste it into your editor. The widget will generate automatically once you save and view your page.
